After using a different real estate agent to help us relocate to Florida and being completely dissatisfied with the company, their service, and their agent, we stumbled across Deb and her office. Let's just say I had a lot of requirements for my 2nd home in Florida. Debbie was so patient with me and believe me I didn't make it easy. She went above and beyond for us, I live in NY and made several trips down to Florida to see some places of interest, but that was not before Debra went on her time to see all the places we had picked, she went to look at so many places for me and took pictures and let me know her opinions on them as not to waste my time when I came down from NY. All this was done on her time and may I say not always in the best of weather conditions. She is a pleasure to work with and treated our purchase as if it were her own. Debra also went above and beyond recommending and arranging inspections and anything else that needed to be done. She knows the neighborhoods like the back of her hand so if I had a suggestion she would let me know her thoughts. I trust Debra completely as this is not the first time we have used her.
